Who am I?

My name is Matej Drašler. I was born in 1983 and have been practicing autogenic training since 2002. Because of its effectiveness and my course of life I decided to undergo a diploma course at the British Autogenic Society (BAS) in London in 2010. I finished the diploma in 2011 and from then on, I am delighted to teach autogenic training to those who feel they can benefit from this amazing technique. Good results of AT and consequently helping others are the reason that keeps me going for more than 10 years.

ikigaiI feel AT is my ikigai. I love to teach AT and during the years of having clients, the passion deepened. Hearing clients' reports of sleeping better, becoming calmer, and more positive, and much more is very rewarding.

In my personal life, I am a busy and proud father, husband, and Cavalier enthusiast. I try to relax as much as I can (2-3 times per day). My motto for life is “Love is all you need”. Love for people, love for work, for your body and mind, love for the planet. Love as a starting point is sometimes hard but I believe it brings the best life occurrences. Stress is the first enemy that is in the way of love.
