Getting Started
- Reach Out: If Autogenic Training (AT) intrigues you, drop me an email detailing your current challenges and health status.
- Initial Consultation: We'll set up a preliminary phone call to evaluate if AT aligns with your needs and address any initial queries.
- Enrollment: Post our chat, if you decide to enroll, I'll forward a questionnaire and schedule our first Zoom interview.
- Weekly Sessions: Once the interview is wrapped up, we'll lock in the dates for our 9 weekly sessions. Should you require flexibility, we'll iron out those details during our initial interview.
- Adaptable Scheduling: Life can be unpredictable. If any unforeseen events arise, we'll tweak our sessions to suit both our availabilities.
- Independent Practice: Post the ninth session, a two-month break ensues where you're encouraged to practice autonomously.
- Concluding Session: At the end of this hiatus, we'll reconnect for your final session to chart your progress.

- Investment: Each session is priced at 70 €. Reach out for pro bono courses.
- Exclusivity: To ensure individualized attention, I only accommodate 3 clients every 6 months.

1. I first read on AT while searching for a holistic therapy on internet and discovered British Autogenic Society.
2. I am curious about discovering methods to reduce stress and have a balanced life and this approach of calming the body and mind sounded appealing.
3. I wanted to discover what it is and actually realised I did it a few years ago in a yoga class and I was so deep relaxed and I wanted to learn more about it.
4. One session per week early in the morning which was a great way to start the day in a relaxed and motivated manner. Matej asked about how I was feeling and how did the week go and the AT exercices. I would share my experience and then he would teach me further exercices and we would discuss any eventual questions I had.
5. I learnt this method of getting relaxed at any moment of the day and no matter where I would be (even in the bus), in a very short time. I also learnt to let go and realise I am enough the way I am which leads to a higher confidence in life.
6. I would recommend it to everyone and I strongly believe one should try it to see the amazing benefits of it! It’s a game changer!
